Review: Alora by Tamie Dearen

Alora by Tamie Dearen is the start of an epic urban/medieval fantasy adventure with a dimension-altering shift.

Alora was a normal girl in rural Montana. Until she started seeing visions of a boy. Kaevin was a normal boy in Laegenshire. What Alora didn’t know, is that Kaevin isn’t from anywhere you can get to by plane. But she can travel to him, and their two worlds collide when she finds out her history might actually originate in Laegenshire.

I don’t want to give away too much, but this is an amazing book. Alora and Kaevin must bind together not only two families, but two worlds, two ways of life, and fight the battle for survival of both. Bringing in their friends from both worlds, Alora and Kaevin are the spark that just might ignite the revolution needed.

The characters are thrilling, and the setting inspired. I’m already in love with the series after only one book!

If you like the sound of this one, check out Author Tamie Dearen’s website! Also, remember this author is super special because she’s a member of the Rave Reviews Book Club. And there’s supposed to be a sequel to Alora, which I am anticipating with excitement!

You can find Alora on Amazon.
